Dr Bassett discusses gadgets that will help give you some relief during allergy season

This is going to be another long allergy season due to the late cold, wet weather. Dr. Clifford Bassett has a couple of must-have items for allergy relief: air filter, hygrometer, Dyson vac, an app for locating the pollen count by zip code. Dr. Bassett also discussed how the best gadgets are low tech: sunglasses, a hat, nasal saline solution and avoiding foods such as hazelnut, almonds, apples, pears, kiwi during allergy season. In addition, Dr. Bassett weighed in on pollen filtering mask (like the one in Japan). Amazon will soon be carrying one.
